Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM until 0:00 PM (automatic check-In 24/7)

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive or depart outside these times. We will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment. Please respect the neighborhood.

Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when you leave the apartment.

Cleanliness: Please treat the apartment as your own home and leave it in a tidy condition upon departure. Use the provided trash bins and dispose of your garbage properly.

Damages and Accidents: Please report any damage or accidents immediately during your stay. We understand that accidents can happen, but prompt reporting helps us minimize damage.

Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean dishes and utensils after use.

Energy: Please make sure to turn off lights and electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) when you leave the apartment.

Internet: The Wi-Fi password can be found in your guest folder. Please use the internet responsibly and do not download any illegal content.

Respect: Please respect the neighbors and the common areas of the building.

Additional Guests: Only the guests specified at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. Additional guests are only permitted with prior arrangement.
